Hi all, I am interested in using an iron ring as a core to distort and otherwise shape a magnetic fields. I have tried previously with magnetic viewing film, and iron filings/magnetite powder and it wasn't showing with as fine a resolution as I hoped for.
This first posts will be dedicated to introducing the ring and messing with the lighting
I found the product from Ken wheeler and ufopolitics of energeticforum. This ring is towards the viewing of the work of tim binder/ Ron kovac & Tony grotz (1992-1993) and Walter Russell's gas samples (1927).
Any questions, comments or suggestions are welcome, -Romo

On the ring: The ring is soft Steel, has 3.5 in id. Hs holes drilled in the perimeter for 1/8in welding welding rods to slot through. Set screws to hold the rod at a fixed position. You can distort the field by giving the b field something to want to go towards more than open air. More on that later Can put magnets on I'd or on parallels surface. When on parallel surface the fields bend a little bit. Maybe this can be used. On lighting: Direct diffused backlight didn't work. Might be intensity of light. Shows up over a few seconds. Bright led work best. The light source angle can adjust what you see. Perhaps a light ring model would have been better suited. What happens when a laser is pointed to the middle of the cross?
