Eh folks just got an AWESOME ferrocell from Timm and it's an absolute beauty. I tried to build one but in the end the results were less than impressive so I just said f**k it I'm getting one from ferrocell.us as Timm seems to be the best source to get those gems from. I am very pleased to have done so because it performs like I was excpecting. I will post my setup as soon as I get some time to finish the project. In the mean time I built a temporary box with a cardboard box and I have a question about what I'm seeing. The picture below is what I see with a 1/2" x 1/8" rod, N52 Neo. All good and beautiful, but I was expecting to see something like this: Why are the fields lines in the first pic not going from pole to pole but rather seems to be tangential to and going away from both poles? I guess I don't understand exactly what I'm seeing. Also the field lines at the poles seem to be curving in the opposite direction than what I was expecting. Anyone care to enlighten me or point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance, Alain
